For Artisan Lab, sustainability is more than a concept, it is a translation of considered actions that make them and their patrons aware, responsible, and yet indulgent. It believes that taking one step towards sustainability albeit imperfect is still a step.

Founder and Creative Director Noor Sethi, a graduate of Parsons School of Design, New York, defines Artisan Lab as a globally-inspired part concept store and part cabinet of curiosities created with a reverential commitment to craftsmanship.
"Exploration and flexibility is key: our store is more than a store. We plan to host events with contemporary artists and designers because we believe our clientele to be the kind of people who seek beauty in life. Our café too is a light-filled sanctuary to soak into a well earned pause."
Chef and food consultant Neimat Sethi who has co-founded the brand with her sister. An alumnus of the Glion Institute, Switzerland, Neimat has cooked in the kitchens of The Ritz Carlton in Dubai, Junoon in New York and Calabria in Italy. Her experience is evident in the thoroughly global cafe menu, which features in-season and locally sourced ingredients.
