ORDERS

How can I return or exchange an item?
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.

Can I collect my order from the store?
Yes, you may select the Store Pick-Up option at check out and pick up your order from our store/stores, in which case all shipping charges will be waived off.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2–4 working days after which our logistic partners will be liable for the delivery.

Shipping for out of stock/made to order products would be longer and we will intimate you on the same as per your order request.
Delivery times are subject to our logistic partners, location and distance.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be amended within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Can I track my order?
Once, your order is placed, a confirmation of your order with tracking details will be sent to you via email. Shall you require any more assistance, please get in touch with us on on care@artisanlab.in with your order details and request.

We partner with the best logistic companies for shipping and in the case your address is in a location not serviceable by our logistic partners, we’ll be happy to work out alternative solutions. Please write to us on care@artisanlab.in with your order details and request.

 

TAXES & PAYMENTS

Our prices are inclusive of GST for Indian buyers only and the buyer is responsible for any extra taxes and duties levied by the local authorities.

All major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking Portals & Wallets are accepted.
